Odds to win the 2010 NBA Championship series prices at BetUS.com had the Lakers at -190.  This price requires a $19 bet to win $10 (the bet amount is returned should Los Angeles win the 2010 NBA Championship title).  The Celtics, meanwhile, would pay out $15.50 for every $10 bet should they win the championship.

Aaron Tores of BetUS.com explained what the Lakers have to do in order to win.

"Mainly, control the paint. Now we know that Kobe Bryant is going to get his points, he's had 30 or more in 10 of his last 11 games. However, the play of Pau Gasol and Andrew Bynum down low will be crucial. The Celtics are big and physical up front, but aren't particularly skilled, with Kendrick Perkins and Glen Davis playing the roll of ‘bruisers,' and Kevin Garnett no longer the elite player he once was."

And what must the Boston Celtics have to do in order to win?

"Get tough with Los Angeles. We're not saying the Lakers aren't tough, just that the physicality that the Celtics will bring is nothing like the Lakers have seen this postseason. We saw it effect Orlando over six games in the Eastern Conference Finals, the Magic spent more time complaining to the referees in the first three games (All Boston wins), than they did worrying about anything on the court. The Celtics need to do the same to LA."
