Meanwhile, number 3 seed Oregon squeaked by with a victory over upset-minded Rhode Island, an 11 seed, 75-72.

These two teams last met in 2014 with Michigan winning by 7 points.

The Ducks are 10-2 ATS in their last 12 games as an underdog of 0.5-6.5.
