The Boston Celtics host the Los Angeles Lakers tonight in Game 4 of the NBA Finals. The Celtics are -3.5 favorites, with a total of 190.5 points expected tonight. The Celtics are in a must win scenario after losing Game 3, as well as home court advantage. ABC will televise the game at 9:00 EDT.

Boston's home court advantage was short lived, as they played arguably one of their worst games of the season in Game 3 in front of their home fans. Boston only scored 84 PTS in Game 3, as they struggled with the Lakers defensive intensity and their own shooting woes. G Ray Allen had arguably his worst shooting performance of his career, as he was 0-13 from the field. The Celtics only made 4 of their 18 three point attempts during Game 3. Boston wasted an amazing performance from F Kevin Garnett, as he had a team high 25 PTS. Garnett was very efficient from the field, as he made 11 of his 16 shot attempts, while also grabbing 6 rebounds. G Rajon Rondo had a quiet Game 3 himself, as he only scored 10 PTS, while grabbing just 3 rebounds. The Celtics were outrebounded yet again during Game 3, something they must improve on now that they are behind in the series. Boston is 63-39 SU and 46-54-2 ATS overall this season. Boston is 31-20 SU and 19-31-1 ATS in home games this season, not necessarily a great record considering they are in the Finals. The Celtics are 4-6 ATS as a home favorite between 3.5 and 6 PTS this year. Boston is 8-14 ATS this season in the game following an upset loss as the listed favorite.

The Celtics are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games following a SU loss. The Under is 4-0 in their last 4 playoff games as a favorite up to 4.5 points.

Los Angeles has regained home court advantage with their decisive Game 3 win. Los Angeles won 3 of the 4 quarters in Game 3, with their defense leading the way. Boston was held to 23 PTS or fewer in each quarter, with the Lakers focused on stopping the Celtics transition and their outside shooting. The Lakers stuffed Ray Allen after what he did in Game 2, as well as the rest of the Celtics outside shooting. The Lakers had 4 players score in double figures in Game 3, led by all world G Kobe Bryant. Bryant had a game high 29 PTS, along with 7 rebounds and 4 assists in leading the Lakers to victory. All wasn't well with Bryant though, as he attempted 29 field goals in scoring his 29 PTS. PG Derek Fisher was clutch in Game 3, as he scored 11 of his 16 PTS in the decisive 4th quarter. Fisher uses his playoff experience to seemingly always make the big play when stakes are at their highest. F Pau Gasol and C Andrew Bynum combined to grab 20 rebounds, and

helped the Lakers outrebound the Celtics by a +8 margin. Los Angeles is 71-30 SU and 44-54-3 ATS overall this season. The Lakers are 28-22 SU and 23-26-1 ATS in road contests this year. Los Angeles is 5-3 ATS as a road underdog between 3.5 and 6 PTS this year.

The Lakers are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games as a road underdog. The Under is 14-6-1 in their last last 21 games as a road underdog.

Pregame.com projects the final score to be 99-98 in favor of the Boston Celtics. The Over 190.5 is the Total of the Day!
