Carrie Stroup here and news of the Joel Embiid injury have seen a dramatic change in the odds of this University of Kansas standout to be named the overall number one NBA Draft choice.

Embiid suffered a right foot injury that will require surgery.

He was pegged to be selected the overall number one Draft pick by Cleveland at 1-4 odds but Sportsbook.com moved that number to 10-11 Thursday afternoon.

Jabari Parker had been slashed from 4/1 to 5/2 and at press time had just moved to 3/1.

The field, which consists of anyone else, pays 20/1 odds.
