Iona vs. Duke Betting Line

The Iona vs. Duke betting line has the Blue Devils as a -20 favorite.  This is one of the biggest favorites in the tournament.

Duke would pay out $600 for every $100 bet should they win the 2018 NCAA Men's College Basketball Tournament.

As ESPN points out, the Blue Devils are the only program in the country to be ranked in the top 10 nationally in both adjusted offensive efficiency and adjusted defensive efficiency.

Iona is back in the NCAA field for the third straight season after automatically qualifying out of the MAAC.
