Golden State Warriors: Bookies vs. Bettors – March 2017

When it comes to betting on the red hot Golden State Warriors, they continue to be a little cold Against The Spread and, for the most part, have been a bookie’s dream this season.

It will be interesting to see if the bookmakers can capitalize off of Kevin Durant’s absence for much of the rest of the regular NBA season.  He will be out after suffering a sprained MCL and bone bruise in a loss to Washington the other night.

Golden State enters the month of March with a 50-10 record Straight Up but are four games below the .500 mark Against The Spread.

During the month of February, the Warriors went 5-6-1 Against The Spread.   This follows a 7-8 ATS record during the month of January.

Bookies using a Pay Per Head service should be realizing a nice profit, boosted by loss leaders the likes of LIVE IN-PLAY WAGERING and an online casino platform.

The remaining schedule March 2 through April 21, Golden State is 11-11 Against The Spread in the last meetings versus teams they will be facing over that time span.   They have only lost three of those meetings Straight Up.

When the notification came across the phone from Shams Charania that the Milwaukee Bucks had signed Myles Turner to a four-year contract, initial instinct was there must be more because the Bucks can’t fit him under the salary cap as a free agent.
