The Golden State Warriors 2014-2015 odds to win the NBA Championship were set at 26-1 but this number is likely to change quickly and should be locked in early as the Warriors are looking like a very good team this season.

The 2014-15 Warriors season will not be without risk as the head coach that led the Warriors to the playoffs the last two years, Mark Jackson, was fired after the team was eliminated by the Los Angeles Clippers last year, BetDSI.com notes.

That might be a moot point if their fast start to the season is any indication as Golden State enters Week 4 with an impressive 8-2 record.

Stephen Curry ranks among the top 5 fantasy players and perhaps the best point guard in the league.  Just days before this piece went to press, Curry managed to score a Warriors game high of 30 points (10-19 FG, 5-9 3PT, 5-5 FT), and dished out a season high 15 assists against the Lakers on Sunday.

Curry may be the difference maker in Golden State’s early success but there is also Clay Thompson, who had posted three straight 20-plus scoring games heading into Week 4.  He was hitting 62% from long range.
