Cleveland easily took care of the Boston Celtics Thursday night.

A number of Lebron James' points have come against the legendary Celtics franchise, ESPN.com noted.

This time, he walked off the floor to collect his eighth conference championship trophy with 979 career playoff points against Boston. No one has scored more points against any team in the playoffs than James has against the Celtics over the past 10 years. He has now ended their postseason four times in the past seven.

Golden State has been sitting on the sidelines awaiting their opponent after already taking care of another banged up team, the San Antonio Spurs.

This will be a repeat of last year’s Final where Golden State is hoping to avenge a championship loss after enjoying the most regular season wins of any NBA franchise in the history of the league.

The 2017 NBA Finals tips off Thursday June 1 at 9 pm EST on ABC.

These teams each have five wins in their last ten games against once another.  The home team has won six of the last ten, those also split between the two sides.
