Duke-UNC Spread Was -10 For Blue Devils: Duke Odds to Win NCAA Championship 3/1

With all the hoopla surrounding Wednesday night’s Duke-UNC game, we can look beyond towards March Madness and ultimately the 2011 NCAA Championship where the Blue Devils are favored to win with odds of 3/1 (paying out $30 for every $10 bet). 

North Carolina, which was getting nearly 70 percent of the backing on the spread and was the most wagered on team of the day Wednesday, had odds of 30/1 to win the 2011 NCAA Basketball Championship (10 times the odds of Duke).
