Cavs vs. Rockets Betting Line, Daily Fantasy Outlook – March 1

The Cavs vs. Rockets betting line could be found at MyBookie.  We also have your daily fantasy outlook for this game below.

This promises to be an excellent matchup with Cleveland coming into this game with a 37-23 record and Houston at 40-18.  While the Cavs are two games under the .500 mark Against The Spread, the Rockets have excelled at covering, going 33-25 ATS so far this season.

Cleveland has won and covered the spread in seven of their last ten games overall.  Houston has also won 7 games Straight Up while covering six.

The Rockets have won the last five games in this series and each of their last four games against Cleveland at home.

Lebron James should be back for this game and will try to help the Cavaliers end a seven-game losing streak at Houston and earn only their eighth victory in 52 visits.

The Rockets are 10-4 without their superstar Dwight Howard and will seek to sweep their five-game homestand. They haven't won five straight overall since opening the season 6-0 and another win would pull them within 1 1/2 games of Memphis in the Southwest Division.

Both Lebron James and Houston star James Harden are absolute juggernauts when it comes to daily fantasy NBA despite their steep price tags.  Kyrie Irving is out for Cleveland and this means even more production for Lebron.  Harden made value the last time he faced the Cavs if we do not factor in those 7 turnovers.  This is a Cleveland team that has been vulnerable when it comes to opposing shooting guards.  Both players need better than 40 fantasy points to achieve their respective target values.  Either one is a good play today so pick your poison.

Trevor Ariza of Houston has the best value needing only around 26 fantasy points.  Last time he faced Cleveland, Ariza scored 13 points while adding 6 rebounds and 3 assists.  But it was his 5 steals that really carried Ariza beyond his value.

Terrence Jones deserves a look here simply because he is still priced under $7K (probably for one more game) and needs only around 32 points to make value.  He’s consistently done so each and every night.  Cleveland will present a tougher challenge but Jones deserves some extra consideration for Sunday.
