Brooklyn is struggling to get above that .500 mark and a four game slide won’t help in that regard. Detroit, on the other hand just lost one after a seven-game win streak including two shocking road victories in San Antonio and Dallas. These were back-to-back games Folks. Their loss at home was to a very good Atlanta team and they nearly pulled off the win in that one.
Getting back to the Nets, Plumlee is priced only slightly higher than Jack at $6.8K compared to $6.4K for Jack. Both players have value.
Jarrett Jack could actually be gotten for $5900 on January 10 as he prepared to take on the Detroit Pistons.
Friday night we had Jack as one of our profiled Fantasy stars and at a bargain price. He went on to destroy the 76ers in 37 minutes.
Now that we know what Detroit has been capable of late (ignore their 12-24 record for a moment) Saturday’s matchup against the Pistons will likely be much more difficult, especially playing the back-to-back. The $6400 price tag is steep when we consider who Jack is up against.
Kevin Garnett was expected to have massive upside against Detroit, priced at $3500. Rotogrinders expected him to play 10x that value after being rested Friday night. He’ll face a large Detroit front court.
Joe Johnson was priced at $6.3K while Sergey Karasey was priced at $3K.
