Collin Sexton is the X Factor and the player who could provide a bracket buster here as the +2 underdog against Virginia TechScroll Down for More

ESPN.com's Myron Medcalf has this to say about Sexton:

Long before Collin Sexton pushed Alabama into the NCAA tournament with a brilliant SEC tournament performance, including a buzzer-beater in his team's opening round win over Texas A&M, he was a fabulous point guard overshadowed by the Trae Young movement that unfolded as the season progressed.

But Alabama has returned to the NCAA tournament for only the second time since 2006 after snapping a five-game losing skid.

The odds of winning the 2018 NCAA Men's College Basketball Championship pays $20,000 on a $100 bet.

Alabama pays $11 for every $10 bet on the money line should they beat Virginia Tech outright Thursday.
