2018 March Madness Betting Odds - Round 1 Men's College Basketball Tourney

The 2018 March Madness College Basketball betting odds are available for Week 1 or Round 1 of this heavily wagered on tournament.  LIVE ODDS HERE

Not surpringly, the longest line comes in on MD Baltimore Co at +22 going up against the overall number one seed Virginia.

Purdue was also a heavy -21 favorite against CS Fullerton.

There are five especially competitive games on the board.  Arizona State is a PICK'EM vs. Syracuse.  Virginia Tech is a -1.5 favorite against Alabama. Arkansas and Butler will face one another as a PICK'EM.  Both the Texas-Nevada and Kansas State-Creighton games are essentially PICK'EMs as well.
