2010 Men's NCAA Tournament odds for Ohio vs. Georgetown opened at Georgetown -13 ½ with nearly 85 percent of the betting public on the favorite in this game.  The line has remained at -13 ½ at Sports Interaction however (see website here).

Georgetown has one of the premier big men in 6'11 center Greg Monroe.  He is a gifted scorer (16.1 points per game) as well as a talented rebounder (9.5 rebounds per game) and can pass out of a double-team.

Ohio has Kenneth van Kempen, but he tends to get into foul trouble.

In order to keep this one within the 13 ½ point spread, the Bobcats will need to sustain the premium performance level they displayed throughout the MAC Tournament, and do so against considerably tougher competition, according to Fox Sports.   Everything will likely rely on the Bobcats defense and ability to take advantage of turnovers.  There is also the explosive scoring ability of junior guard Armon Bassett.

Georgetown is efficient on both ends of the court, holding 22 opponents to less than 45 percent from the field and shooting 49.9 percent on offense, Fox Sports points out.

On paper at least, this appears to be a very lopsided matchup.
