With 30 days remaining in the 2024 MLB season, we still have a few players that could pull off historic feats.

Shohei Ohtani is trying to become to the first member of the 50-50 Club.

Ohtani dodged a bullet on Sunday.   Dodgers’ manager Dave Roberts announced that precautionary X-rays on the injured forearm of Ohtani came back negative for any fractures after being plunked on the left forearm by a pitch to start the eighth inning on Sunday. He stayed in the game and rode home on a go-ahead two-run blast by Mookie Betts on the very next pitch.

Aaron Judge and Marcell Ozuna both have chances to take a Triple Crown in each league.

And Judge, who has been on a torrid homer pace recently, could break his AL record for bombs.

"Running out of words, honestly," manager Aaron Boone said Sunday after Judge clubbed home runs Nos. 50 and 51 in a win over the Colorado Rockies. "Just running out of words with what he's doing. We're getting on the train [to Washington]. I gotta get the thesaurus out and get to work."
