Blue Jays vs. Rays Series DFS Plays – April 25 and 26

Gambling911.com has your Blue Jays vs. Rays series DFS picks for April 25 and 26.

Best Bets – NA

Best Bets Forecast (April 26) - Consider the UNDER (depends on total and further review)

Best DFS Picks – (April 25) - Josh Donaldson

Best DFS Picks – (April 26) – Justin Smoak

April 25 PITCHING MATCHUP: Blue Jays LH Daniel Norris (1-1, 6.08 ERA) vs. Rays RH Erasmo Ramirez (0-1, 21.32)

April 25 – Ramirez is a bit scary in that he’s already gotten beat up badly by the Blue Jays hitters in what could have just been just an off day if not for the fact he had given up 7 runs in the previous game to Miami.

On the surface this looks like it should be a daily fantasy Baseball player’s dream though, but really only one batter stands out for us against Ramirez.

April 26 – We have Mark Buehrle starting after three games in which he has received at least 12 runs worth of support.  He has allowed no more than three runs in any of those starts, including against Tampa Bay on April 15.  He has mostly been able to contain or limit the damage when facing Rays current roster, with the exception of Desmond Jennings, who is 10-for-25 versus Buehrle but with just a single RBI and double over that time.  He has also struggled during the past seven days.

Toronto DFS -

Josh Donaldson – He has a .375 ERA in recent days with two homeruns.  He has buried Ramirez with 5-for-15 hitting and 5 RBIs along with a homerun.

Jose Bautista – He had 2 runs (including 2 RBIs) off of 3 at bats the last time facing Ramirez.  He has only hit 2-for-11 in recent days, however.

Justin Smoak – Smoak could prove dangerous against Clive Archer Sunday.  He is 3-for-7 with 3 RBIs and a homerun against him.

Tampa Bay DFS -

Chris Archer - Archer struck out nine and walked one while allowing an unearned run over 5.2 innings against the Red Sox on Tuesday night.  Over his last three starts, opposing teams have only scored a total of 3 runs and Archer has only given up one.
