FRIDAY PITCHING MATCHUP: Twins RH Kyle Gibson (2-6, 5.12 ERA) vs. Red Sox LH Eduardo Rodriguez (2-3, 7.18)

This game featured a line of anywhere from -170 to -200 on Boston depending on the sportsbook and +160 for Minnesota.  The total was coming in at 11.

Gibson has given up exactly four runs in each of his last three outings but only gave up two hits and struck out eight in seven scoreless frames on June 18, his only appearance against the Red Sox.

Boston is 6-2 in this series at home.

Baseball News

Chris Paddack Player Prop Bets

Paddack recorded 10 strikeouts over seven shutout innings on Monday in a win over the White Sox. Prior to that start, Paddack was obliterated by the Orioles, allowing nine runs on 12 hits in 5 1/3 innings.

Zach Eflin Player Prop Bets

Zach Eflin has great value in fantasy leagues for the April 26 game against the lowly Chicago White Sox.  Betting on Eflin and the Tampa Bay Rays might make sense if not for the -210 price tag.

Trevor Williams Player Prop Bets

The Nats Trevor Williams held the Astros to one run with four strikeouts across six innings in a no-decision on Saturday.  And the betting public was eating him up at a near 80% clip.
