You can bet the Red Sox-Rays series for Tuesday and Wednesday including LIVE IN-PLAY online wagering with the odds Tuesday having Boston +112, Tampa -123 and a total of 7.5.  Wednesday’s game had Tampa Bay at +143, Boston -158 and a total of 8.

TUESDAY’S PITCHING MATCHUP: Red Sox RH Clay Buchholz (4-9, 5.42 ERA) vs. Rays RH Chris Archer (7-16, 4.18)

Buchholz is making his third straight start since being plucked back from the bullpen.  He is 8-7 record with a 2.63 ERA in 20 starts against Tampa Bay.

Archer has posted a quality start in five of his last six outings but is 0-3 with an 8.10 ERA in three starts against the Red Sox this season alone.

Tampa Bay 3B Evan Longoria is 16-for-39 with four home runs and 14 RBIs in the last 10 games.  He has had five extra base hits off of Buchholz but no home runs in 46 at bats against him. Longoria would pay $29 for every $10 bet should he hit a home run this day.
