You can bet the Diamondbacks-Mets series with Tuesday’s odds having Arizona at +120, New York -130 and a total of 7.  Wednesday’s game had the Mets at -143, Diamondbacks at +133 and a total of 7.5.

Six of the last ten games in this series have gone UNDER 7. 

The UNDER is 17-8-1 in New York’s last 26 overall while Arizona is 3-12 in their last 15 road games.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Diamondbacks RH Zack Greinke (10-3, 3.62 ERA) vs. Mets LH Steven Matz (8-8, 3.63)

Greinke is 3-1 with a 2.48 ERA in six career starts against the Mets.  He has allowed a mere 34 hits on 161 at bats versus the current Mets lineup.

Matz had a string of two straight solid outings come to an end when he was roughed up for six runs on as many hits in six innings at the New York Yankees on Wednesday.  He is making his first appearance against Arizona.
