Israel Adesanya retained his middleweight belt after a unanimous-decision win over Jared Cannonier in the UFC 276 main event at T-Mobile Arena in Vegas Saturday night.
Adesanya (23-1) won his belt three years ago and continues to be one of the UFC's biggest draws.
Oddsmakers believe that Alex Pereira is up next for Adesanya with Pereira a slight +140 underdog. Adesanya comes in at -160. He was a -180 favorite Saturday night.
BetOnline revealed Sunday afternoon that more than 85% of the early betting has been on Pereira, shifting the line his way
The two have squared off twice before during the Glory Kickboxing days. Pereira emerged as the victor in both instances, including a stone-cold knockout in the rematch.
In other UFC odds, Alexander Volkanovski is aiming to become a two-belt champ. After dominating Max Holloway in their trilogy fight last night, Volk wants to move up to the Lightweight Division and challenge Charles Oliveira.
