Yankees-Rays Series Odds - 2020 MLB Playoffs

The Yankees-Rays series opened at New York -140, Tampa +120Odds courtesy of BetOnline, which is offering a generous welcome bonus (max bonus $1000).

The Tampa Bay Rays have dominated New York in recent times.  They are 10-2 in the last twelve meetings.

Gerrit Cole is slated to start for the Yankees in Game 1 Monday October 5.  He is 7-3 for the season with a 2.84 ERA.

Cole is averaging a .264 ERA against Tampa Bay players.  Ji-Man Choi is on the Rays' roster after missing time with a hamstring strain, unfortunately for Cole.  Choi has 8 hits of 12 at bats versus the Yankees starter.  Three of those were home runs.

Choi's last big performance was a 3-for-3 showing August 31 that included a homer and three RBIs over - you guessed it - Gerrit Cole.

Three other starters have a homer versus Cole.
