Where Can I Bet the Kentucky Derby Fom Florida

Most horse betting sites are accessible for betting the Kentucky Derby from Florida.

Even before the US Supreme Court ruled to legalize all forms of sports betting nationally last year, horse wagering was already available online for Florida residents.  That's because betting on horses was exempt from federal prohibition.  Some state, however, still did not (and do not) permit betting on horses from US-based websites like Twinspires.  What a shame.

Florida is not expected to allow sportsbooks to operate in-state due to special interest groups fighting to prevent expansion of gambling in the Sunshine State.  The Seminoles want their stranglehold on casinos while Disney doesn't want any more gambling.
