Payouts at BetOnline are lightning fast.  Gambling911.com just reported on one customer tweeting he received his payout in a record three minutes.   Now that's impressive.

Heading into the abbreviated 2020 MLB season, all eyes will be on the LA Dodgers as they are favorites to win the World Series and promise an early payout of $375 on a $100 bet.

Among the early futures bets getting the most love, David Bearman of ESPN suggests -500 on the Dodgers to win the NL West (albeit this one is a bit on the pricey side)

In the 60-game season, you can make the case for an underdog to win almost every other division, but not the NL West ... and likely not the AL West. The Dodgers' issue has been with winning it all, not with the division, which they have won seven consecutive years. Sure, David Price is sitting out, but with Clayton Kershaw and Walker Buehler supporting the best lineup in baseball, they will be just fine. Adding Mookie Betts to Cody Bellinger, Justin Turner and Corey Seager, and with no other team in the division a serious contender, I don't see how the Dodgers don't win the West. -- David Bearman

California is home to four other Major League Baseball teams: The San Francisco Giants, Oakland Athletics, LA Angels and San Diego Padres.

Oakland has the second shortest odds of winning the World Series at 25-1, followed by the Angels at 35-1.

The 60-game season requires a fast start for Oakland to have any type of success in 2020. The team holds a combined 61-59 record over the first 60 games in the past two seasons, before finishing with a 133-71 record the rest of the way.

"We are down to 37% of the season, so each game pretty much counts for three, if you look at it that way. I don't know how many games a playoff team is going to have to win. Usually you set the benchmark at around 95, but who knows, it could be 35 or it could be teams winning 40 that advance to the playoffs," Hendriks said.

"We always get that little bit of complacency in us, thinking 'We always finish strong, we'll be fine,' but now we don't have that opportunity. We need to come out blazing and take it from there."

The Padres are listed at 40-1 while the Giants are considered bottom feeders in 2020.  A $100 bet on San Francisco to win the 2020 World Series pays $15,000.
