Women's Mass Start - Speed Skating at the Beijing Winter Olympics had the following odds:  Irene Schouten (NED)+225, Ivanie Blondin (CAN)+333, Marijke Groenwoud (NED)+400 and Nana Takagi (JPN)+450.

Irene Schouten (NED)+225 - Schouten is a Dutch speed skater who competes in allround, marathon, and inline-skating events. She is a double Olympic Champion having won both the 3,000m and 5,000m events at the 2022 Beijing Games. As of 12 February 2022, she holds the Olympic record in both distances. Her coach is Jillert Anema.

Ivanie Blondin (CAN)+333 - Blondin won a silver medal in the mass start event at the 2015 World Single Distance Speed Skating Championships[2] and a gold medal in the same event at the 2020 World Single Distances Speed Skating Championships. She also won the silver medal at the 2020 World Allround Speed Skating Championships.

Marijke Groenwoud (NED)+400 - At the Dutch Single Distance Championships Groenwoud won the silver medal at the 2019 KNSB Dutch Single Distance Championships and 2020 KNSB Dutch Single Distance Championships in the mass start event.

Nana Takagi (JPN)+450 - Takagi has won a pair of silver medals at the World Junior Speed Skating Championships, in two team pursuit events.  Takagi was part of the Japanese team that won the Olympics women team pursuit gold medal. Takagi won a second gold medal at the 2018 Olympics in the Women's mass start event.
