The Democratic Senate candidate Raphael Gamaliel Warnock is projected the winner of the Georgia runoff race.

Cook Political's Dave Wasserman called the race late Tuesday night. Warnock was a -210 favorite to win.

Warnock had taken over the lead with 94 percent of the count in.  Much of the outstanding votes, with the exception of Coffee County, are from Democrat leading regions.

Warnock led by just over 30,000 votes versus Republican candidate Kelly Loeffler shortly after 11:15 pm ET.  He would likely be outside the automatic recount threshold.

The other Democratic candidate Jon Ossoff was trailing Republican David Perdue by just 456 votes as of 11:40 pm ET with counts coming in from Chatham County, home to Savannah, and remaining votes from Fulton County, home of Atlanta.

Shortly after Midnight Eastern Time, Matt Drudge had Ossoff projected to win his race.

Perdue and Ossoff were each listed at -120 coming into Tuesday night.

Grading of bets will likely take a number of days until certification or until the opposing candidate concedes, though Loeffler could be expected to concede should the race finish beyond the automatic recall threshold.
