War of Will Payout Odds to Win Belmont Stakes

Despite War of Will having won the Preakness Stakes, he's not getting a whole lot of love from horse racing experts entering this weekend's Belmont Stakes.  The payout on War of Will as of Friday afternoon would be $25 for every $10 bet.

Brian Zipse from Derby Day Racing and Horse Racing Nation had this to say of War of Will heading into Saturday's Belmont Stakes race: “He’ll look to run a similar style to what he ran in the Kentucky Derby and Preakness. Of course, his luck was night and day different in those races. In the Derby, he was shut off completely. The Preakness was wide open for him. He likes to stay close to the pace with a stalking style and use his class to win. I’m a little worried about how much he’s already done and taking that to Belmont, as good a horse as he is I imagine he can run a good race. I just think a lot of factors are adding up for Tacitus to beat him.”
