Westgate Bettor Hopes to Net $450 on $9000 Vikings Moneyline Bet But....

Per David Payne Purdam of ESPN.com, a bettor at the Westgate SuperBook placed a $9,000 moneyline wager on the Minnesota Vikings to beat the Buffalo Bills straight-up at -2,000 odds.  That bet will net $450.  Easy money, right?

There was one slight problem.

The Bills lead 27-0 heading into the 4th quarter and the Vikings, though they weren't shut out, failed to come back.

This is a Minnesota team that came into Week 3 among the favorites to win the 2019 Super Bowl and a Bills team that was becoming a favorite to win zero games this season.
