You can continue to place bets on the 2019 PGA Championship overnight heading into Day 3 with updated odds that have Brooks Koepka as the -400 favorite.  He opened as the favorite to win at most of the European books.

For the books it's a bit of a mixed blessing.  Much of the action at the North American facing sportsbooks was on Tiger Wood early, but he ultimately missed the cut.

Having Woods in certainly would have resulted on more wagering action however.

On Thursday, Woods hit 10-of-14 fairways. On Friday he hit just three.

On Tuesday, the owners reportedly approved a proposal that was then shipped to the union. Although their original intent was to put a 50-50 revenue sharing plan on the table, the owners instead are said to have asked the players to sign off on a "sliding scale of compensation." This plan would trim the salaries of players set to make the most money in 2020, according to USA Today's Bob Nightengale. Revenue sharing, as it turns out, is not mentioned in the proposal, per Nightengale's report.

We now know the format of the NHL season once it resumes.  When it resumes we don't know as of yet.  Training camps are not set to begin July 1 at the earliest and will presumably last around two weeks.  This would mean a reboot of the 2020 NHL season no earlier than July 15.
