With its home base of Las Vegas as the backdrop the UFC is back in the octagon with a 12-fight ticket scheduled for Saturday, June 6. A women’s featherweight title bout between dual champion Amanda “The Lioness” Nunes (19-4) and former Invicta FC champ Felicia “FeeNom” Spencer (8-1) serves as the main event at UFC 250. Nunes, holder of the bantam and featherweight belt, opened as a huge favorite at BookMaker.eu in her first title defense at the 145 level. Overall Nunes takes a 10-fight winning streak into the ring.  Betting on this fight is available at Bookmaker, which is offering a generous welcome bonus with a maximum of $1000.

Three bantamweight fights also dot the main card with contenders searching to fill the vacant title spot following the sudden retirement of Henry Cejudo. The co-main event has former bantamweight champ Cody Garbrandt (11-3) favored to beat Raphael Assuncao (27-7) with both looking to end multi-bout losing streaks. A fight worthy of top billing but second-to-last on the card has top-5 bantamweight contenders Cory Sandhagen (12-1) against Aljamain Sterling (18-3). The three-fight early prelim card gets underway at 6 p.m. ET with the prelims at 8 p.m. ET. All seven fights can be seen on ESPN. The main card is set for 10 p.m. ET on ESPN+ pay per view.

UFC 250 Best Bets

Felicia Spencer (8-1, 2 KOs, 4 SUBs) vs. Amanda Nunes (19-4, 13 KOs, 3 SUBs)

Don’t let the odds fool you. Nunes is one of the most accomplished female fighters ever and she’s running out of opponents. But all fighters have an expiration date; just ask Ronda Rousey and Cris Cyborg. The Lioness handled both of them rather easily on her climb to superstardom. She also defeated Miesha Tate and Holly Holm to own the 135-pound class. Her jump in weight led to a stunning knockout of Cyborg in just 51 seconds, making her the first UFC female to hold belts in different divisions at the same time. The overall game of Nunes is what makes her great. She’s won her last 10 fights finishing seven of them. She punishes opponents with quick strikes and kicks and can also wrestle for an entire bout.

Spencer is also a champion, but she’s a huge underdog. The Canadian won her six Invicta FC fights to claim the promotion’s featherweight title before graduating to UFC. She went the distance with Cyborg last July in her only pro loss, bouncing back with a dominant first round finish of Zarah Fairn. FeeNom loves to take opponents to the mat where she punishes people. I think this bout will be closer than most expect, but Nunes is at the top of her game.

UFC Odds Pick: Amanda Nunes / KO / 3rd Round

Cory Sandhagen (12-1, 4 KOs, 3 SUBs) vs. Aljamain Sterling (18-3, 2 KOs, 7 SUBs)

There’s a lot more at stake for these fighters with the bantamweight title vacant, making this intriguing matchup even sweeter. The winner is likely the No. 1 contender for the title and both fighters enter on winning streaks. No. 2 ranked Sterling has won four straight leaping back to the top of the class. If he has his way there’s a good chance this goes the distance since seven of his last nine fights, including the last two, were decisions. The Sandman has won seven straight bouts and is coming off a unanimous decision over Raphael Assuncao last time out. He’s the more aggressive fighter, but Sterling’s reach will keep him at a distance.

UFC Odds Pick: Aljamain Sterling / Decision

Anthony Rocco Martin (17-5, 1 KOs, 9 SUBs) vs. Neil Magny (22-8, 7 KOs, 3 SUBs)

Returning to the octagon for the first time in 16 months, Magny scored a unanimous decision victory over Li Jingliang in March. Using his 80 inch reach he was able to outstrike Li in the convincing win. Martin has been a bit busier during that time going 3-1 with his only loss a decision to Demian Maia. Martin is better on the mat with nine of his wins by submission. Magny won’t let that happen using his reach to fend off his opponent. Neither fighter packs a heavy punch so we’re likely to see a lot of jabs that’ll take this the distance.

UFC Odds Pick: Neil Magny / Decision
