UCF Knights Office Pool Strategy, Pick, Odds - 2019 March Madness

When making your March Madness office pool picks, consider the teams carefully.  The UCF Knights, for example, will make it into the first weekend, assuming they play injury-riddled Baylor.  Remember to print out your March Madness bracket here

Why They Go Deep

If they face Baylor, they advance into the weekend.  ESPN.com notes: The Knights finished the season strong, with wins at Houston and against Cincinnati, both ranked teams. Tacko Fall has been more aggressive and effective, and Collin Smith has added scoring punch down the stretch. UCF will be difficult for teams that have not seen Fall before to deal with.  For bettors, UCF is a team that will probably cover whatever spread they are given the first weekend of play, but their odds are not good of advancing to the Sweet 16 if it's Virginia they'll be facing.

Why Be Concerned

Will be tough to advance beyond the first weekend should they end up facing the Cavs.

Who They Will Play

If it's Baylor, UCF should have little trouble making it into the first weekend of play, but probably not advance to the Sweet 16.  Mississippi would be a +1 dog against UCF but it's looking more like Baylor, who would be -1 without the injuries.  We anticipate the Knights would be favored by much more versus the Bears.
