This was the single largest payout in the history of poker. Despite coming second, he still won the largest prize due to a prize-splitting agreement made with his final opponent after originally having a 5:1 chip lead when the tournament entered heads up.
Kenney’s career winnings have been calculated at more than $57 million, putting him well ahead of most other professional players.
