What Should the Spread on the Jets vs. Patriots Game be?

After Week 1, the Jets rating was 14.68, Patriots 18.62.  Adjusting for home field advantage we get a line of New England -6.5.  The line opened at Jets -3.5 and moved to -5.5

The Patriots have been absolutely dominating over the Jets in recent years, easily covering a 5.5 spread that currently exists in eight of the last ten.  They won all of those Straight Up.

What to Watch for in the Line Movement

All books moved from Patriots -2.5 to -3.5.

The line has moved from -4 to -5.5.  Bovada and Pinnacle had moved to -6 by Tuesday evening.
