Pragmatic Play announced its acquisition of Extreme Live Gaming from the Novomatic Group late last week.  Extreme Live Gaming is one of the premier live dealer casino platforms online today.

Founded in 2013 and acquired by Novomatic in 2014, the platform streams around 22 original roulette, blackjack and baccarat tables from its studios located in London. High-tech games include Golden Ball, Reel Roulette and Roulette 360. It’s licenced by both the UK Gambling and the Malta Gaming Authority which means its games are available at LeoVegas and Betsafe to name a few.

Melissa Summerfield, Chief Commercial Officer at Pragmatic Play, said: “The name Extreme Live Gaming stands for quality and innovation, and we are delighted to enhance our multi-vertical gaming strategy with this acquisition, further cementing our position as a leading industry provider.”

She continued by saying, “The popularity of live casino has grown hugely in recent years, and the vertical holds a great deal of potential. We have every confidence that our passion and drive for going beyond our clients and players’ expectations will help us to realise that potential.”

Darwyn Palenzuela, Chief Executive Officer of Extreme Live Gaming, added: “We pride ourselves on providing groundbreaking live solutions both popular with players and profitable for our partners, and this acquisition will empower us to take our business to the next level.”
