The 11-19 Detroit Pistons host the 21-10 Philadelphia 76ers Monday night.  Both teams are on multi-game losing streaks.  Oddsmakers have Detroit at +7.5.  As an underdog, Detroit is 27-77 Straight Up since 1996 and, when playing against a team with a winning record, they are  2-8 Against The Spread so far this season.  It gets worse.  Philadelphia has beaten Detroit in eight of their last nine meetings with the lone loss going into OT.  Throw Philadelphia in a parlay for sure.  - Don Shapiro, Gambling911.com
