Democrat candidate Joe Biden is leading by 7 in the critical battleground state of Pennsylvania according to a Monmouth poll.
The final Monmouth University survey finds Biden at 51 percent and GOP candidate Donald Trump at 44 percent among likely voters in a high-turnout scenario. However, it should be noted that Biden held an 11 point lead in this same poll last month.
In a low-turnout scenario, Biden’s lead shrinks to 5 points, 50 to 45. Thus far, early voting appears to be shattering records in the state.
Biden leads by 4.8 points in the FiveThirtyEight average of Pennsylvania, down from 7.3 points in mid-October.
BetOnline has Biden a -180 favorite to win PA and Trump paying $15 for every $10 bet.
