Odds on Deion Sanders Replacing Dan Mullin as Coach of the Florida Gators

Deion Sanders odds of becoming the Florida Gators next head coach were set at +350 (paying out $350 on a $100 bet).

Florida is the favorite to be Sanders coaching gig but Sanders is not the favorite to get it.  That honor belongs to Billy Napier of Louisiana.  Lane Kiffin has the second shortest odds.  In fact, ten other candidates sit above Sanders with shorter odds.

This weekend, former Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III suggested Deion Sanders as a logical fit for the Gators opening.

“He's relatable,” Griffin III said on the broadcast. “He's someone that they can identify with. He's going to be able to go into those houses … and tell those parents, ‘send your kid to me. I’ll take care of them. I'll make him a better person. I'll make them a better player and get them to the next level.”
