Niners, Not Chiefs, Are 2021 Super Bowl Favorites

The Kansas City Chiefs are world champions, but they're not the early favorites for Super Bowl LV

Currently at SportsBetting.ag, San Francisco has +500 odds to win next year's Super Bowl. The Chiefs are just a fraction behind with +550 odds while Baltimore (+800) is third on the list.

The Dolphins and Redskins have the worst odds in the league.

Of course, Tom Brady's future could wreak havoc on these numbers. The Chargers are curiously fourth on the board, an indication the oddsmakers are getting ahead to limit potential liability should Brady land in L.A. The same could be said for the Raiders and Bucs, which have lower odds currently than they did two weeks ago.

(Note: Tom Brady odds for all 32 teams will be distributed tomorrow morning)

This marks the first time since the 2015 campaign that New England wasn't the Super Bowl favorite or co-favorite. The Pats haven't had odds this high (+1600) since the 2002 season when they entered the season at +2000.
