Wisconsin isn't just any swing state, it is one that will likely help to decide this year's Presidential Election.  Heading into the month of September, Wisconsin was only a slight favorite for former US Vice President, Joe Biden, at -150, the sitting US President, Donald Trump, at +120.

The Trafalgar Group got key races right when others were wrong in 2016 and they have Trump winning in Wisconsin.  Most other polls have Biden up, but it is precarious.

A lot was hinging on Trump's planned visit to riot-plagued Kenosha.  It was here that Police shot Jacob Blake in the back multiple times.  Blake survived but remains hospitalized.

Trump will arrive in Wisconsin promoting a "tough on crime" approach.

“We must strictly and fully enforce our law and have no tolerance for anarchy and no tolerance -- zero -- for violence,” he said during a press conference Monday. “Anyone who breaks the law should be arrested, prosecuted and punished.”

For his part, Biden on Monday accused Trump of stoking violence.

Armed citizens took to the streets in response to the demonstrations over the weekend.  Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, has been accused of opening fire during a Black Lives Matter protest in Kenosha and killing two people in the process.

Trump on Sunday liked a tweet that spoke positively of Rittenhouse. "Kyle Rittenhouse is a good example of why I decided to vote for Trump," the tweet said.

And of course, there is the ultimate winner of the Electoral College..  On average, following the Conventions, Trump and Biden were each around -115 to win.
