Five Nashville players had already been known to be positive but four awaited follow up tests and those came out positive.
The Nashville game versus the Chicago Fire has been postponed as a result. It appeared likely that Nashville could need to exit the tournament.
FC Dallas has already been taken out of the tournament after ten of their players tested positive.
