1. Kansas City Chiefs

SB LIV Odds: +500
Record: 3-0 (3-0 ATS)
Previous Rank: 2

The Chiefs depth is incredible. Hill is still injured, but the Chiefs had six players with 25+ receiving yards in an ATS win versus the Ravens (33-28). Mahomes has 1195 passing yards and 10 TDs already.
2. Los Angeles Rams

SB LIV Odds: +750
Record: 3-0 (3-0 ATS)
Previous Rank: 3

The Rams defeated the Browns on Sunday night (20-13). Goff connected with Kupp for 2 TDs.  LAR ranks top 10 in points scored (25.7 PPG - 8th) and points allowed (16.3 PPG - 7th) this season.
3. Green Bay Packers

SB LIV Odds: +1200
Record: 3-0 (3-0 ATS)
Previous Rank: 4

Aaron Rodgers and the Packers offense have struggled, but they’re still undefeated. The defense is only allowing 11.7 PPG (2nd) after retooling this off-season. If the offense gets rolling, watch out!
4. Dallas Cowboys

SB LIV Odds: +1100
Record: 3-0 (3-0 ATS)
Previous Rank: 5

Are Dallas for real? They rank 4th in points scored (32.3 PPG) and allowed (14.7 PPG), but have played NYG, WAS and MIA.. We’ll find out the next two weeks if DAL is legit with games against NO and GB.
5. Indianapolis Colts

SB LIV Odds: +4000
Record: 2-1 (2-0-1 ATS)
Previous Rank: 9

The Colts haven’t lost bettors money ATS yet this season. They just beat the Falcons (27-24) at home and Brissett looked great, completing 28/37 pass attempts for 310 yards and 2 TDs.

6. New England Patriots

SB LIV Odds: +325
Record: 3-0 (2-1 ATS)
Previous Rank: 1

The Patriots lost ATS to the Jets. They won 30-14, but were huge favorites. The Patriots are favored by a TD on the road against the undefeated Bills this week. Can the Bills continue surprising us?
7. San Francisco 49ers

SB LIV Odds: +2000
Record: 3-0 (2-1 ATS)
Previous Rank: 6

The 49ers won, but failed to cover against the Steelers (24-20). With a top 10 offense and defense, if SF can stay healthy, they could end up winning the highly contested NFC West.
8. Buffalo Bills

SB LIV Odds: +4000
Record: 3-0 (2-1 ATS)
Previous Rank: 7

This is a huge week for the Bills, as they host the Patriots. They can take a lead in the AFC East with a win. They defeated the Bengals (21-17) this past week at home, but failed to cover ATS.
9. Minnesota Vikings

SB LIV Odds: +2000
Record: 2-1 (2-1 ATS)
Previous Rank: 11

The Vikings jump up in our power rankings after dominating the Raiders (34-14). Dalvin Cook had another 100+ rushing yard game and Adam Thielen scored 2 TDs in the rout.
10. Houston Texans

SB LIV Odds: +2500
Record: 2-1 (2-1 ATS)
Previous Rank: 13

The Texans enter the top 10 after upsetting LAC on the road (27-20) as underdogs. Keenan Allen has been unstoppable and now has 29 receptions for 404 yards and 3 TDs this season.
11. Detroit Lions

SB LIV Odds: +5000
Record: 2-0-1 (2-1 ATS)
Previous Rank: 15

Detroit went into Philly as underdogs and came out with a SU win (27-24). It was a poor outing from the offense, but the defense and special teams played well enough to get the victory.
12. Cincinnati Bengals

SB LIV Odds: +25000
Record: 0-3 (2-1 ATS)
Previous Rank: 22

Cincy covered ATS in a road loss to the Bills. With the Bills defense I knew it’d be a tough game to win for the Bengals, but the defense played great. This is a team I expect to keep covering ATS.
13. Jacksonville Jaguars

SB LIV Odds: +6600
Record: 1-2 (2-1 ATS)
Previous Rank: 21

I’m worried about the Ramsey situation in Jacksonville, but this is a talented team. They needed to win on TNF and they did by defeating the Titans (20-7). They didn’t allow the TD until the 4th quarter.
14. Arizona Cardinals

SB LIV Odds: +25000
Record: 0-2-1 (2-1 ATS)
Previous Rank: 8

Arizona came back down to earth this week. They were 2-0 ATS before losing to Carolina (38-20). The loss was brutal, especially since they allowed Newton’s back-up, Kyle Allen, to throw for 4 TDs.
15. Baltimore Ravens

SB LIV Odds: +2000
Record: 2-1 (1-2 ATS)
Previous Rank: 10

The Ravens fought hard against the Chiefs and came up just short. The Ravens rank 1st in scoring (36.7 PPG) and yards gained (511.7 YPG) this season. Look for them to dominate Cleveland this week.
16. New Orleans Saints

SB LIV Odds: +1400
Record: 2-1 (1-2 ATS)
Previous Rank: 28

I thought the Saints would be in trouble without Brees, but that wasn’t the case this past week. If NO can get some production out of Teddy, they have enough talent around him to win some games.
17. Seattle Seahawks

SB LIV Odds: +2800
Record: 3-0 (1-2 ATS)
Previous Rank: 10

The Seahawks defense and special teams wasn’t good enough in a loss at home against the Saints (33-27) who had Bridgewater starting at QB because of the Brees injury.
18. Chicago Bears

SB LIV Odds: +1800
Record: 2-1 (1-2 ATS)
Previous Rank: 26

The Bears hit ATS for bettors on MNF, as the offense exploded in the opening half. Trubisky found Gabriel for 3 TDs in the 1H and the Bears cruised to a 31-15 win against the Redskins.
19. Cleveland Browns

SB LIV Odds: +2800
Record: 1-2 (1-2 ATS)
Previous Rank: 16

The Browns are definitely not Super Bowl contenders. Mayfield is having a rough start to the season and with as much offensive talent on Cleveland, they should score more than 16.3 PPG (28th).
20. Atlanta Falcons

SB LIV Odds: +3300
Record: 1-2 (1-2 ATS)
Previous Rank: 14

The Falcons lost on the road to the Colts. ATL losing on the road is almost expected. They’re back at home this week and need to win ATS against the Titans to avoid dropping more rankings.
21. Carolina Panthers

SB LIV Odds: +5000
Record: 1-2 (1-2 ATS)
Previous Rank: 27

The Panthers rallied around Allen on Sunday and crushed the Cardinals. Things get tougher this week, as Carolina is on the road against the Texans. This is a big test for Carolina.
22. Oakland Raiders

SB LIV Odds: +15000
Record: 1-2 (1-2 ATS)
Previous Rank: 20

The Raiders were crushed by a good Vikings team. They have a tough schedule to start the season and I don’t expect them to cover many games over the next several weeks.
23. Tennessee Titans

SB LIV Odds: +7500
Record: 1-2 (1-2 ATS)
Previous Rank: 18

It was another flat performance from Mariota and the Titans offense on TNF. Unless the offense can start moving the football (307.3 YPG - 27th), they’ll continue struggling and will be a team to fade.
24. Washington Redskins

SB LIV Odds: +30000
Record: 0-3 (1-2 ATS)
Previous Rank: 19

The Redskins lost and failed to cover ATS versus another superior team (CHI) in week 3. I think it’s time to move on from Keenum and let Haskins gain some experience in his rookie season.
25. Denver Broncos

SB LIV Odds: +15000
Record: 0-3 (1-2 ATS)
Previous Rank: 23

Denver hung around, but lost and didn’t cover against GB. The defense is playing better, but Denver isn’t going to score many points with Flacco throwing. He had an INT and 0 TDs on Sunday.
26. Pittsburgh Steelers

SB LIV Odds: +8000
Record: 0-3 (1-2 ATS)
Previous Rank: 29

The Steelers move up a few spots after covering ATS on the road in SF with Rudolph starting his first career NFL game. I’d still be cautious with this team, especially when favored like in week 4.
27. New York Giants

SB LIV Odds: +10000
Record: 1-2 (1-2 ATS)
Previous Rank: 31

Making the move to rookie Daniel Jones paid off with a win against TB (32-31). Jones played well, but has to clean up the fumbles. Not all is good in NY, though, as Barkley was lost to injury in the win.
28. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

SB LIV Odds: +8000
Record: 1-2 (1-2 ATS)
Previous Rank: 17

You never know what to expect out of TB. They looked good in week 2, but followed that up by losing at home to the Giants who started a rookie QB in his career start. I try to avoid TB most weeks.
29. New York Jets

SB LIV Odds: +20000
Record: 0-3 (1-2 ATS)
Previous Rank: 30

The Jets covered against the Patriots, but any NFL team can cover spreads above three TDs. NYJ are on a bye this week and Darnold is expected to be back for week 5, so let’s see if they improve.
30. Los Angeles Chargers

SB LIV Odds: +2200
Record: 1-2 (0-2-1 ATS)
Previous Rank: 24

I’m surprised LAC lost to the Texans at home on Sunday. The Chargers need to get it together fast. They’re moving the football (408.3 YPG - 5th), but struggling to put up points (20 PPG - 21st).
31. Philadelphia Eagles

SB LIV Odds: +2000
Record: 1-2 (0-3 ATS)
Previous Rank: 25

Injuries are killing the Eagles this season. They have a ton of injuries on both sides of the football. They could lose again this week, as they’re underdogs against GB at Lambeau on TNF.
32. Miami Dolphins

SB LIV Odds: +100000
Record: 0-3 (0-3 ATS)
Previous Rank: 32

Will the Dolphins win a game this season? I wouldn’t bet on it. The Cowboys were -22.5 favorites this past week against Miami and managed to cover by winning 31-6. Miami is horrendous.
