He tweeted out Sunday:

And, not surprisingly, most of the responses from his devout followers to this action were negative.

Bobby Arms reminisced:

"Remember the time you got so mad you threw a brand new laptop out a window and it landed in pool hahahahaha."

Cards&Crypto tweeted:

"Guess you need to block yourself then because all you use your Twitter for is negativity unless you're on one of your bi-polar days where you try & fail to emulate @phil_hellmuth's positivity life strategy. That works for him. You? Doesn't work because you need the attention."

Eric Geller tweeted:

BiG_MoNeY_973_NJ tweeted:

"Are you being honest with yourself everyday? Maybe if you start putting positivity out there, then more people with respond with good vibes."

But Mike also got plenty of support for his Day-After-Christmas tweet.

Think Poker on YouTube responded:

"Thanks... really enjoy communication that edif from others in the poker community. If everyone starts this then and only then will people finally start real conversations that lead to positive impact on improving society."

Scott Higgins tweeted:

"Yea! Sounds like you’re finally starting to get the whole “I don’t like this and I don’t want it on my platform” concept!"

Chris Mealick writes:

"You can absolutely respect free speech and not have to deal with bullshit being lobbed directly at you."
