Dodgers Betting Analysis

The Dodgers are playing as expected and own a 53-34 record.  They are favorites to win the 2021 World Series and pay out $340 for every $100 bet

Recent MLB Betting Trends: LA will lose their series in Miami but hope to avoid a sweep.

Upcoming Series Trends

@ Marlins (July 5-8)

  • Dodgers are 8-2 versus Miami

vs Diamondbacks (July 9-11)

  • Dodgers are 16-2

Thursday Analysis (July 8)

Julio Urias (10-3, 3.81) Starts for the Dodgers.  Had the Marlins lost two or three of these first four games of the series, we would likely be seeing a price of -190 plus.  Instead, LA is hoping not to get swept.  The price is generous at -151 and we will be all over this.  Sandy Alcantara (5-7, 2.96) is coming off a victory his last start for the Marlins.

Friday Analysis (July 9)

The Diamondbacks-Dodgers series will be played in LA, so we anticipate these games to be priced at -190 or greater for the Dodgers.  Monitor just in case the price tag is more attractive.

Saturday Analysis (July 10)

Walker Buehler (8-1, 2.35 ERA) coming off a tough start against the Marlins Monday, in which he did not factor into the decision, should have a good outing here.  He hasn't had a win in his last few starts.  But Arizona is slated to start Caleb Smith (2-5, 3.45 ERA), so we should anticipate the line to be over -190.
