Kirk Cousins has tested positive for Covid.  Due to his unvaccinated status, he will be unable to play against Green Bay Sunday night.  Oddsmakers moved the line on this game from Packers -7 to -13 as a result.

This places Green Bay in a much better scenario to clinch the Number 1 seed in the NFC Playoffs.

Or this game may not matter, which makes this one a bit of a dangerous bet if you're backing the Packers.

That's because Green Bay must finish with a better record than Dallas in order to get the No. 1 seed.  The Cowboys face a pretty desperate Arizona Cardinals squad late Sunday afternoon with the result likely to be in prior to the start of the Vikings-Packers Primetime game.  If the Cowboys lose, the Packers have little else to play for.

A Cowboys win means Green Bay needs to beat Minnesota.

It might not hurt to bet the Vikings at this big number early on.  The Vikings actually have a 6-4 edge in this series and have not lost by more than 13 points to Green Bay over the last ten meetings.

Only three of the Packers 12 wins this season were by more than 13 points.
