Is MyBookie.ag Legal in Virginia?

The Commonwealth of Virginia recently began licensing online sportsbooks.  And while MyBookie.ag is not among the sites that were granted a license, the online sportsbook is still accessible there.  Sites like MyBookie cannot operate an app however.  Their website is browser-based.  The browser-based website we here at Gambling911.com recommend is Americas Bookie as you do not have to provide your home address and can essentially wager anonymously.  They also do not require a social security number.  And best of all, the welcome bonus is more generous, up to $2000. Like MyBookie.ag, Americas Bookie is not licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Why You Would Want to Use a Website Like MyBookie.ag

MyBookie, Americas Bookie, BetOnline, Bookmaker and Bovada are all popular well established websites licensed in other jurisdictions like Costa Rica, Panama, Antigua, the United Kingdom and Malta, just to name a few online gambling hubs.

Because Virginia-based apps do not allow wagering on in-state schools such as the University of Virginia and Virginia Tech, these offshore sites are quite attractive.  Americas Bookie, for example, does take bets on the Cavs and Hokies.

These websites also allow betting on events and activities not available via the state-licensed apps.  These include politics, awards shows and eSports.  Betting on the NFL Draft is also offered by these websites, not by the in-state apps.
