Sports Betting in New York State

State licensed sports betting was only be available at casinos in upstate New York that are not always easily accessible to those living in New York for now.  For example, none of these casinos are anywhere near New York City.  It should be noted that NYC residents have much easier access to the FanDuel Meadowlands sportsbook.  For now, all New York residents and those visiting the state will only have access to offshore sportsbooks.

Mobile in 2022

Mobile sports betting is now available from New York in-state licensed sportsbooks but with some limited options and they will be required to report your winnings once reaching a certain amount.  BetUS will never report your winnings and is available NOW to those 18 and up.  BetUS also takes bets on in-state schools and games that feature them.  The New York-licensed books cannot.

Tried and Trusted

BetUS has been serving the sports betting market since 1994, first as a call in business and later online.  It is currently one of the top five largest internationally licensed sportsbooks serving the US market.  It's video channel is one of the most popular in the industry with experts that include NBA Hall of Famer Gary Payton, among others.
