Improbable will pay out $70 for every $10 bet with a 2019 Kentucky Derby win.
Improbable finished second in both the Rebel Stakes and Arkansas Derby. Omaha Beach won both of those.
Improbable was undefeated in three starts during his juvenile season.
"He loves this track. He gets over it well," trainer Bob Baffert said of Improbable. "He's not really big, but he jumps a long way. … He has gears. He can just get you right there. I think Irad Ortiz is going to be happy with him."
