Grantville is located just 15 miles from Harrisburg, the state capital.

Mobile wagering is likely in the coming months, perhaps in time for March Madess.

International offshore books feel they are in a good position to compete with the PA sportsbooks over time as they are now able to offer payouts in under an hour (via Bitcoin) and do not report taxes to the state.  The PA run books are paying a steep tax and licensing fee to Pennsylvania.  Experts believe these costs will ultimately be passed down to the players.  Offshore books allow players 18 years or older.  PA restricts those under the age of 21 from betting.

The Hollywood Casino sports book is located in the simulcast theatre near the Skybox Sports Bar on the second floor and will normally operate from 11 a.m. until midnight Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. until midnight on Saturday and Sunday with some special hours such as Thanksgiving Day (opens 9 am).

The sportsbook will be operated by William Hill, which maintains a significant presence in Las Vegas.
