What's Next for Gronk? Oddsmaker Says He's Going to the WWE

After the first retirement of Rob Gronkowski, SportsBetting.ag posted a prop bet on the former tight end's next job.

Given Gronkowski's prior appearance in pro wrestling and his relationship with WWE superstar Mojo Rawley, going the route of Ronda Rousey and testing his strength in the WWE was the favorite at 3/2 or +150.

Gronk becoming an NFL commentator had the second-lowest odds while actor and podcast host came in at 5/1 or +500. The prop does note that Gronkowski's Hollywood debut in "Boss Level" (August 2019) would not count.

WWE +150 (3/2)
NFL Commentator +200 (2/1)
Actor +500 (5/1)
Podcast Host +500 (5/1)
Play in NFL +1000 (10/1)
Play in XFL +3300 (33/1)
Play in AAF +3300 (33/1)
Play in CFL +5000 (50/1)
Male Stripper +5000 (50/1)

If you got "Play in the NFL", congrats.  That one paid out $1000 for every $100 bet.

Gronk would ultimately go on to play in Tampa for the Buccaneers alongside former Patriots teammate Tom Brady.  He also won another Super Bowl ring.

Gronkowski announced his second retirement on June 21, 2022.
