Gonzaga Double the Percentage of Handle Bet of Next Most Wagered on Team

Gonzaga, Michigan, Illinois, Baylor, Iowa, West Virginia were the most wagered on teams in college basketball at Draftkings in recent days per Darren Rovell of The Action Network.

Ohio State was among the teams with the ten shortest odds to win the 2021 NCAA Men's College Basketball Championship but failed to make the cut of most wagered.

It's interesting to note that Gonzaga's handle was nearly twice that of the next most bet on team, Michigan.  They pay out $250 for every $100 bet with a Championship victory.

Watch for oddsmakers to do everything they possibly can to shade lines in Zags games and hope to see a reduction in blowouts.  The Bulldogs were 1-3 in their last four Against The Spread.
