First Score of Super Bowl 57 Touchdown Prop Bet Payout

The touchdown being the first score of the Super Bowl isn't exactly a value prop bet in our eyes.   That being said, there are plenty of other First Score and Touchdown prop bets with much better payout odds.

Touchdown is favored, but by -200 across the board.  If you're going to bet that a touchdown is the first score, price shopping is must.

We would take the field goal as a first score prop bet considering it was the first score in the last two Super Bowls and pays out $150 on a $100 bet.

Any other first score, including a safety, pays out $3800 on a $100 bet or $380 on a $10 bet.

There are technically five types of scores in the NFL:

Touchdown - 6 points.

Extra point - 1 point.

Two point conversion - 2 points.

Field Goal - 3 points.

Safety - 2 points.
